The business challenge

Our Client was a successful second-tier constructor of public infrastructure (roads; pipelines; processing plants). Their problem was that their project experience was not enough to satisfy the compliance requirements for an exceptionally large and lucrative Queensland State Government tender.

They also had another problem. Their competitors were much better known to the Queensland State Government.

We helped our Client change their speaker list, adjust the content of their presentation, achieve their Client’s tight timings for each presentation segment. As well as prepare excellent answers to some likely, very tough, questions from the Queensland state government agency.
